Metro Area Transit (MAT) is interested in having passenger and citizen input for improving services, including route changes, fare increases, service levels and other transit issues. The following application is used by Transit Staff and the MAT Coordinating Board to select individuals to serve on the MAT Advisory Committee.
The MAT Advisory Committee is a 22-member committee, which meets a minimum of three times per year. Two meetings are held during business hours and one meeting is held at night. At least one additional meeting will be held at night to offer the riding public and general public an opportunity to comment on existing service and present ideas, issues, and concerns. Membership terms are generally for a two-year period from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31.
