Special User Card Renewal:  All passengers who receive discounted fares on MAT fixed route due to age or disability will need to complete a short renewal form.  Forms are available through the MAT drivers, GTC Dispatch and the Transit Administrative Offices.  Please complete the renewal form as soon as possible.  Click here for a printable version of the renewal form.

Passengers who have a Special User Card for MAT Paratransit, the door-to-door transportation, will be receiving a recertification letter in the mail within the next few weeks.
