Due to construction being performed on 4th St. N between N.P. Ave. and Main St. to allow BNSF crews to complete necessary track work at the grade crossing. Rt. 14 will travel east on N.P. Ave. from the GTC, south (right) on 2nd St.N, west (right) on Main, south (left) on 4th St. back on route
