Promotion: MATBUS Red Hawks Giveaway

8/14/17 – 8/18/17 (Game on 8/20)
RedHawks Game Ticket
Two tickets per winner (5 winners), Total of 10 Tickets

  1. No purchase necessary.
    a. Entry through paper drawing slip located at the Ground Transportation Center.
    b. Entry through social media by using the hashtag #matbusredhawks on Twitter or Facebook. Take a photo showing us that you’re riding MATBUS or at a MATBUS location (GTC, MTG, shelters, etc.) and use the hashtag on your post to enter.
    c. Multiple entries accepted per sweepstakes.

  2. Any prize restrictions that apply.
    a. Age limit of 18 or older due to prize value and related income tax requirements.

  3. Opening date and scheduled termination date of the sweepstakes
    a. Entries accepted August 14, 2017 - August 18, 2017 until 2:30pm.
    b. Five winners drawn on Friday, August 18 at 3:00pm.

  4. Complete name and address of the sponsor and promoter of the contest.
    a. Prize package provided by Fargo-Moorhead Red Hawks, 1515 15th Ave N, Fargo, ND, 58102.

  5. Number of prizes, the accurate description of each prize, the retail value of each prize and the odds of winning each prize.
    a. Odds of winning are based on the total number of entries received.
    b. There are 10 tickets to be given away.
    c. If prize listed is no longer available, another prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.

  6. Manner of selection of winners and when a determination of winners will be made and how winner will be notified.
    a. One prize award per person per promotion.
    b. Winners are selected by random drawing, with first selection as 1st prize.
    c. For paper drawing slips, random drawing will be selected by hand from drawing slips with at least two staff present.
    d. For electronic entries, a paper drawing slip will be created for each participant and placed in the drawing.

e. A determination of winners shall be made no later than 48 hours after termination date of each of the five individual drawings. If not claimed within one day of award notice, prize may be withdrawn or another winner drawn.
f. Notification can be made by email, telephone, text, social media or listing posted at GTC.

  1. Where and when a list of winners can be obtained.
    a. A list of the winner shall be posted no more than 48 hours termination of the sweepstakes.
    b. Posting of winner can be made on paper or electronically.
    c. Winner shall be posted on social media and/or at the GTC.
