Passenger safety and
arriving at your destination
We want all passengers to have a
safe, enjoyable trip.
Please help us provide a good experience for everyone by following these
rules:
- Keep arms, legs, packages and other
personal items out of the aisles.
- Do not stand or sit in the stairwells.
- Do not eat, drink or carry an open
container onto the bus.
- No smoking is allowed.
- Audio equipment may be used only with
earphones or headphones.
- No rollerblades or in-line skates are
permitted.
- No animals are allowed except service
animals and caged pets that fit on your lap.
- Please limit yourself to two packages.
- Strollers must be folded and stored out of
the aisle.
You may ask your driver questions while on
the bus, but please refrain from doing so when the bus is moving.
If you use vulgar language or exhibit
threatening behavior, you will be asked to leave the bus.
Arriving at your destination
About one block before reaching your destination, pull the cord
or push the strip located by the windows. The bus driver will then know to
stop at the next corner.
Remain seated until the bus comes to a complete stop. Exit through the
nearest door. If you need to cross the street, please do so after the bus
drives away; never cross the street in front of the bus.
For your convenience, the driver will announce main points along the route.
On request, the driver will announce specific stops for riders who are
visually impaired or disabled.
Lost and found
Lost and found items can be picked up
at the dispatch window at the
Ground Transportation Center. Call 232-7500 to see if your missing items
have been found. We hold these items for seven days and are not responsible
for them.
