During severe winter weather, MATBUS may announce that certain routes are on Snow Detour. To see maps of these routes visit the Snow Detour Routes page.

Route 24:

Due to road construction on 23rd Ave E, Route 24 will be detoured beginning July 10. Construction is expected to end August 13.

23rd Ave E Detour: Route 24 will continue north on Bluestem Dr., then turn east onto 23rd Ave E, back on route.

Riders can request pick-up or drop-off at any safe intersection along the route detour path. When waiting to board, be sure to wave to the approaching bus to get the attention of the driver. Grey bus stops cannot be serviced during this detour. Detours are subject to change, check the website before each trip.
