Due to buses parking in the 4th St. parking lot south of GTC, Route 11 will be detoured indefinitely.
Outbound: North on 4th St. N, west one 1st Ave N, north on 5th St. N.
Inbound: east on 1st Ave N, south on 3rd St. N, west on MR Ave N into 4th St. Lot.
